Eat Nuts and Cooked Breakfast to Combat Hair Loss

There are a lot of pretty weird things out there that claim to help prevent hair loss but there are some that you would really not have thought to even be a method at all. The great thing is that in this day and age, scientists have a good idea what causes hair loss however, the bad news is that they do not yet have a proper solution to hair loss and this is why there are so many different theories and hair loss myths floating around. Some of them work and some of them don’t, we don’t know if any of the ones listed in this article will work for you, but it is the scientists that have told us about them.

One of the ways that is said to help you to prevent your hair loss if you are a man is by eating nuts. This might sound like a strange thing but it does actually make logical send. The thing about nuts is that they contain a lot of iron and if your body doesn’t have enough iron, you will find that you could suffer from hair loss. By eating nuts, you can help return the iron content in the body to its usual state and this will certain help.

Another way of combating hair loss is to eat a cooked breakfast. We’re told all the time that big breakfasts are bad for us but this is usually when the content is fried. You can have a good breakfast that isn’t friend that consists of things like bacon and eggs. This is great as it has a lot of protein which is needed to help stop hair loss and provide the hair cells with what they need.
